  1. Bostic – Captiva Friends
    Barnette Breakfast Tailgate Casserole

    1 lb HOT sausage (Tennessee Pride) because it hails from there
    1 can cream of chix soup
    1 cup sharp shredded cheddar
    6 eggs (wisked)
    1 chopped onion
    1 stick butter

    3 cups Rice Krispies
    ½ cup chopped pecans
    ¼ cup brown sugar
    1 stick butter

    Brown sausage, sauté onions in butter, add soup and cheese
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until set and add topping for 15 minutes uncovered

    Experience Delight!

    Serves 6-8

    This recipe was given to me by Gloria Kay Barnette and we enjoyed it at every Holiday breakfast together! Can’t wait to come to Princeton in October to see Kedric and the other tigers!!
